  1.   Wagener Says:

    1. Well, since 1998, global temperatures have plateaued, and since 2002, they have begun to drop, and since both NASA and NORA have seen no increase in ocean temperatures (which is what global warming is supposed to affect the most), I would say global warming is misunderstood by arrogant humans.

    2. Is there an increase in global temperature? Yes, there was. Until recently. Even so, average global temperature as remained level for about 5,000 years.

    3. No. Except for the fact that food prices have increased due to alarmism (Farmers selling more corn for ethanol[which is less fuel-effecient than gasoline] than food for people or livestock, driving up food prices and causing global food shortages).

    4. No. But as arrogant humans, we think we can control everything.

    5. It spreads panic and causes mass hysteria.

    6. Open sections of ANWR for drilling.

    7. Higher food prices, mass starvation, malaria epidemics (due to envionmentalists’ pressure to not use DDT to kill mosquitoes [the primary cause in the spread of malaria] in 3rd world countries, thereby increasing the spread of malaria, riots, civil war, etc.

    4. I think we could put out an effort to discover alternative fuel and reduce emission.
    5. I think there are no bad influence yet.
    6. Research alternative fuel.
    7. The melting of the ice caps, animals near the ice caps dying.
